Coming from an engineering background, PGDM seemed intimidating initially, but, support from the faculties and other professionals made my journey at AIIM amiable. Interactive sessions from both faculties and industry experts helped me broaden my capability horizon. Experiences and knowledge gained over the 2 year tenure here helped me discover my strengths and overcome my weaknesses. The collaborative learning atmosphere and cordial relations with the faculties has helped me achieve greater heights and further honed my skillset over time and equipped me to face the industry substantially. Motivation to dream big and do better which trickles down from the top management is what drives the instinct to go an extra mile to achieve what you have always dreamt of.
