Dr. Manju Raisinghani is a dynamic professional with more than 14 years of rich experience as practicing Human Resource Professional and instructor. She holds a Ph.D degree in Human Resource and Masters of Arts and Industrial Psychology as Major subject. She has attained proficiency in HR Consultancy for Training and Development, People Management and Managing Processes and HR Systems. She has proven abilities in enhancing productivity through employee engagement, employee motivation and optimizing productivity through HR Planning. She is a certified BEC-Vantage Program Trainer and has conducted various MDP’s (soft skills) for corporates. An effective communicator & team leader, team building capability & abilities in planning & managing resources.

Dr. Manju Raisinghani has more than 14 years of experience in Teaching and Industry as HR Professional. Throughout the journey of 14 years she has been connected to various organizitons as consultants in various capacities on projects of Manpower planning, Designing and Implementing HR processes and Systems and Competency Mapping. On Academic front she has been teaching core HR subjects to post graduate students.
Her research work is published in reputed journals and in the form of working papers. Her area of interest is in the field of OB& HR and Psychology. She has won several awards and accolades for academic excellence.
